Grown in the southern region of Ethiopia, considered to be the birthplace of coffee. Yirgacheffe beans produce a well balanced and bright cup of coffee. Deep bodied with a crisp acidity, sweet and floral aroma with flavor notes of citrus and wine.
Recommended at a City/Medium to Full City roast but can be roasted to a Light Dark without a loss of flavors.
